不法商家为使白茶看起来像老茶，会使用色素（如焦糖色、铁氧化物）染色。检测方法：1）湿巾擦拭——干茶在白湿巾上摩擦，掉色即为染色；2）冷水浸泡——真白茶冷水浸泡30分钟水色极浅，染色茶迅速变深；3）观察色泽——自然陈化色泽均匀有层次，染色茶颜色过于均匀且偏暗；4）检测茶汤——真老茶茶汤透亮有油光，染色茶浑浊无光泽。食品安全角度：添加色素属于违法行为，长期饮用存在健康风险。

Detection: 1) Wet wipe test — rub dry tea on white damp cloth; color transfer = dyed; 2) Cold water soak — real aged tea barely colors water in 30 min; dyed tea darkens rapidly; 3) Color observation — natural aging shows even, layered coloring; dyed tea is uniformly dark; 4) Liquor check — real aged tea is bright with oily sheen; dyed tea is murky. From food safety perspective: adding pigments is illegal and poses health risks with prolonged consumption.
