做旧老白茶主要通过高温高湿加速氧化来伪装年份。识别方法：1）闻香——自然陈化有层次感（药香→枣香→木质香），做旧茶只有单一'闷味'或焦味；2）看叶底——真老茶叶底柔软有弹性、色泽均匀棕褐，做旧茶叶底僵硬发黑、色泽不均；3）品汤——真老茶入口醇厚回甘，做旧茶寡淡或有酸馊味；4）查汤色——真老茶从浅琥珀到深琥珀渐变通透，做旧茶汤色浑浊发暗。核心：自然陈化是活的，做旧是死的。
Fake aged white tea is produced by artificially accelerating oxidation through high heat and humidity. Identification: 1) Aroma — natural aging has layered progression (medicinal→jujube→woody), fake has only single 'stuffy' or burnt smell; 2) Leaf base — real aged tea is soft, elastic, evenly brown; fake is stiff, blackened, uneven; 3) Taste — real aged is mellow with lasting sweetness; fake is flat or sour; 4) Liquor color — real aged transitions from light to deep amber, clear and bright; fake is murky and dull.
