水是茶的母体——同一款白茶用不同水冲泡，表现天差地别。实测对比（白毫银针 5g/150ml 90°C）：1）纯净水（TDS<1）→茶汤清薄、香气高扬但缺少'骨架'，适合审评；2）低矿天然水（TDS 30-80）→茶汤甜润、毫香突出、层次丰富，最佳选择；3）中等矿泉水（TDS 80-200）→茶汤厚重但香气被压制，适合老茶；4）高矿矿泉水（TDS>200）→茶汤发暗、苦涩增加、香气浑浊，不推荐；5）自来水（含氯）→氯气严重破坏茶香，必须过滤或静置24小时后方可使用。结论：低矿天然水是白茶的命定之水。

Tested comparison (Silver Needle 5g/150ml 90°C): 1) Purified water (TDS<1) → thin, high aroma but lacks 'backbone,' good for evaluation; 2) Low-mineral natural water (TDS 30-80) → sweet, prominent hao-xiang, rich layers — BEST choice; 3) Medium mineral water (TDS 80-200) → heavy but aroma suppressed, suits aged tea; 4) High mineral water (TDS>200) → dark, increased bitterness, muddled aroma — not recommended; 5) Tap water (chlorinated) → chlorine severely destroys tea aroma — must filter or stand 24 hours. Conclusion: low-mineral natural water is white tea's destined water.
