如何用科学方法验证老白茶的真实年份？两种可靠方法：1）碳14测年——适用于100年以上的超老茶，通过测量茶叶中C14同位素衰变程度推算年代，误差约±20年，费用约3000-5000元/次。但对于10-30年的茶精度不够；2）化学成分分析——更实用。通过HPLC检测茶黄素/茶红素/茶褐素比例（陈化越久茶褐素占比越高）、GC-MS检测挥发性成分（己醛随年份递减）、氨基酸总量（随年份递减）。建立'年份-化学指标'标准曲线后，可精确判断±2年。福鼎白茶协会正在建立官方年份验证数据库。
How to scientifically verify aged white tea's true age? Two reliable methods: 1) C14 dating — works for 100+ year ultra-old tea, measures C14 isotope decay to estimate age, ±20 year accuracy, ~3,000-5,000 yuan/test. But insufficient accuracy for 10-30 year tea; 2) Chemical analysis — more practical. HPLC detects theaflavin/thearubigin/theabrownin ratios (longer aging = higher theabrownin ratio), GC-MS detects volatiles (hexanal decreases with age), total amino acids (decrease with age). After building 'age-chemical indicator' standard curves, accuracy reaches ±2 years. Fuding White Tea Association is building an official age verification database.
