老白茶通常指存放3年以上的白茶。年份茶市场价格随年份与等级递增：当年白毫银针与3年、7年、10年陈价差显著，但核心前提是原料好、工艺正、仓储干。判断老白茶年份不能只看包装年份，要看转化痕迹：陈香纯正无杂味、叶底仍有活性、汤色琥珀透亮。做旧茶（渥堆做旧、高温烤旧）无品饮与收藏价值。
Aged white tea generally means white tea stored over 3 years. Market prices rise with age and grade, but only if the raw material, craft, and dry storage are sound. Judge age by transformation, not packaging labels: pure aged aroma without off-notes, lively infused leaves, amber-bright liquor. Artificially aged tea (wet-piled or roasted) has neither drinking nor collection value.
