盖碗是泡白茶的核心器具，选对盖碗等于成功一半。大小：110ml是白茶黄金容量（5g茶/110ml=最佳浓度），80ml适合独饮，150ml适合多人。厚薄：薄胎白瓷导热快、散热也快，最能展现银针的鲜爽；厚胎保温好，适合老白茶。碗沿：宽碗沿不烫手、出汤稳（新手优选），窄碗沿聚香好但容易烫。釉面：白釉/透明釉最佳（不影响茶汤颜色观察），避免深色釉。底部：足圈高、底足大的盖碗放置更稳。一只好盖碗可以用10年以上。

Thickness: thin-wall white porcelain conducts and dissipates heat fast, best for Silver Needle's freshness; thick-wall retains heat, suits aged tea. Rim: wide rim = non-burning, stable pour (beginner-friendly); narrow rim = better aroma focus but burns easily. Glaze: white/clear glaze best (doesn't affect liquor color observation), avoid dark glazes. Base: tall foot ring, wide base = more stable. A good gaiwan lasts 10+ years.
