福鼎白茶地理标志保护体系

Fuding White Tea has multi-layer GI protection: (1) GI trademark—'Fuding White Tea' registered and managed by Fuding Tea Industry Association, licensed to qualified enterprises; (2) National GI product—GB/T 22291 'White Tea' national standard defines origin scope, cultivar requirements, and craft specifications; (3) Agricultural product GI—registered with the Ministry of Agriculture. Protection scope: 17 townships within Fuding city (including Diandou, Qianxi, Guanyang, Taimu Mountain Town). Tea produced outside this scope cannot use 'Fuding White Tea' name. Unauthorized GI use faces administrative penalties and civil damages.
