近红外光谱（NIR）和高光谱成像技术正在改变白茶品质检测方式。传统检测：需要化学试剂、30分钟以上、破坏样品。光谱快检：手持设备对准茶样，3秒内获取近红外光谱图（900-1700nm），通过机器学习模型预测：1）等级——区分银针/牡丹/寿眉准确率>95%；2）年份——预测陈化时间误差<1年；3）内含物——快速测定茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱含量。这项技术可嵌入收购环节，从源头杜绝以次充好。福鼎已有茶企开始部署产线级光谱分选设备。
Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging are transforming white tea quality testing. Traditional testing: requires chemical reagents, 30+ minutes, destructive. Rapid spectroscopy: point handheld device at tea sample, obtain NIR spectrum (900-1700nm) in 3 seconds, predict via ML models: 1) Grade — distinguish Silver Needle/Peony/Shoumei with >95% accuracy; 2) Age — predict aging time within <1 year error; 3) Compounds — quickly determine polyphenol, amino acid, caffeine content. This technology can be embedded in procurement to prevent grade fraud at the source. Fuding companies are already deploying production-line-grade spectral sorting equipment.
