卫星遥感技术正在解决白茶产区鉴真的难题。原理：不同海拔、土壤、微气候条件下的茶树，其光谱反射特征（NDVI植被指数）存在差异。通过Sentinel-2卫星10米分辨率多光谱数据，可以：1）精确绘制福鼎茶园分布图（面积、海拔、坡度）；2）区分太姥山核心产区与外围产区的光谱特征差异；3）监测茶园健康状态和病虫害情况。未来方向：结合地面传感器数据和区块链，实现从'太空→茶园→茶杯'的全链路溯源，让每一片白茶都有卫星'出生证明'。
Satellite remote sensing is solving white tea origin authentication. Principle: tea plants at different elevations, soils, and microclimates show distinct spectral reflectance signatures (NDVI vegetation index). Using Sentinel-2 satellite 10m-resolution multispectral data, it's possible to: 1) Precisely map Fuding tea garden distribution (area, elevation, slope); 2) Distinguish spectral signature differences between Taimu Mountain core origin and outer areas; 3) Monitor garden health and pest conditions. Future direction: combining ground sensor data with blockchain for 'space→garden→cup' full-chain traceability — every white tea leaf with a satellite 'birth certificate.'
